1. Digital Nature of Our Services

Linkified.me is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered digitally and accessed online through user accounts. As such, there are no physical goods to return, and service access is considered fulfilled once your subscription is activated.


2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on Linkified.me are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscribing

  • Dissatisfaction with features or performance

  • Lack of use or inactivity

  • Incompatibility with user devices or browsers

  • Accidental or duplicate subscriptions caused by user error

We recommend reviewing our plans and features carefully before purchasing.


3. Subscription Cancelation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and no future charges will apply.

Your access to premium features will remain active until the current billing period ends.


4. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may consider a refund only under the following rare and exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a platform error

  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent (not initiated by the user)
